Creative Direction & Production – Case Studies
Industry: Fashion/ Retail / Lifestyle
Client: Kerry Woollen Mills
The Kerry Woollen Mills is one of Ireland’s last surviving working Mills creating quality fabrics, yarns and woven products for over 300 years. I provided creative services for the brand to bring the essence of their core collection of sweaters, cardigans, coats and accessories to life for their in-store point of sales and e-commerce business. The creative concept was centred on the discovery of the brand as a hidden gem and the sustainable and colourful fibres were complimented with the vibrant scenes of the South-West Kerry landscape.
I also partnered with the brand on elevating their home and lifestyle products with a cosy country cottage homeware shoot. Throughout both projects, the understanding of the brand as a natural and practical product with an integral place in the modern world was important to translate.
Client: Killarney Towers Hotel
The Killarney Towers Hotel, part of the O’Donoghue Ring Collection, is a Four-Star Hotel situated in the centre of Killarney Town, boasting an array of amenities such as a Health and Leisure Club and two standalone F&B concepts. Its location as well as its offering makes it the perfect place to discover the great outdoors with its access to a wide variety of sports and leisure activities such as hiking and walking as well as town centre activities such as shopping and going out.
The Hotel approached me to style a photoshoot that would translate this opportunity to their target market and underpin their main brand message, ‘In The Heart Of It All’.
Client: Killarney Avenue Hotel
The Killarney Avenue Hotel is a 4 star property situated in Killarney Town, adjacent to Killarney House and National Park. It offers a relaxing and enjoyable stay in opulent surroundings. The brand approached me to drive the creative direction for a brand shoot that would communicate the experience to their desired target market. From lounging in their beautiful lobby to lunching in their traditional bar and exploring the beauty of the Killarney National Park, the creative tells a story of a special welcome and a truly memorable stay.
Client: Celtic Steps The Show
Celtic Steps The Show is one of Ireland’s leading Entertainment Shows, attracting tens of thousands of visitors and holiday makers each year to enjoy the unique culture of Irish Music and Dance.
In 2022, the Show embarked on a European Tour of Holland and Belgium for an Irish Christmas to remember. The brand, who I have worked with for many years, tasked me to help them create a Promotional Reel and Imagery for their Tour in order to promote the experience.
The concept explores a traditional Irish festive influence with a modern and contemporary twist, appealing to a wide variety of spectator.
