Overview

Celtic Steps The Show is an Irish music, song, and dance performance based in Kerry, Ireland. It serves as a vibrant showcase of Ireland’s rich cultural heritage, mirroring the spirited atmosphere of the traditional rambling house. Since 2017, I have been working closely with the brand to enhance its visibility, expand its reach beyond Ireland and cultivate its online presence.

Challenges

Upon my appointment in 2017, the primary challenge was to position Celtic Steps for future growth, both domestically and internationally. This involved developing strategies to elevate the brand’s profile on the international stage and increase digital revenue streams.

Approach

To address these challenges, I focused on several key areas of brand management, including creative direction, production, and digital marketing. By curating engaging content and leveraging social media platforms, we successfully grew the online community to over 50,000 followers, establishing a strong digital presence.

Achievements

Through strategic planning and execution, Celtic Steps The Show has achieved significant milestones. It has completed two successful European tours, expanded its show to Tralee, and continued to grow its online revenue streams. The brand’s evolution has been characterized by innovation, with a renewed focus on audience engagement and digital marketing initiatives.

Future Outlook

Looking ahead, our focus remains on further enhancing the brand’s visibility and ensuring its long-term viability with a new ecommerce website, featuring updated imagery and film content to resonate with audiences and maintain a strong e-commerce presence. The goal is to position Celtic Steps for continued growth and potential acquisition in the future.

Overview

The Brehon Hotel & Spa, a luxurious Four-Star Hotel nestled in the scenic surroundings of Killarney, approached me to help launch their new Wedding Banqueting Suite.

Challenges

The primary challenge was to craft a creative concept that would capture the essence of The Brehon’s enchanting surroundings and seamlessly integrate it into the wedding experience. Additionally, I aimed to produce promotional material that would position The Brehon as the ultimate wedding destination in Killarney.

Approach

Working closely with The Brehon Hotel’s Marketing Team, I developed a comprehensive creative concept themed around an ‘Enchanted Forest’. Inspired by the flora and fauna of Killarney National Park, the concept featured a rich colour palette and table names showcasing iconic landmarks of Killarney.

In addition to styling elements, a separate film was conceptualized featuring a wedding couple exploring romantic landmarks showcased on the table settings. This video seamlessly integrated with the hotel’s exceptional wedding offerings, providing captivating promotional material that celebrates the enchanting magic of weddings at The Brehon Hotel.

Achievements

The collaboration resulted in the successful launch of The Brehon Hotel’s new Wedding Banqueting Suite. The creative concept received praise for its unique storytelling and immersive experience, inspiring couples seeking the perfect wedding venue. The promotional film generated significant interest, positioning The Brehon and Killarney as the ultimate wedding destination.

The Brehon Hotel & Spa’s Wedding Banqueting Suite launch exemplifies the power of collaboration and creative storytelling in elevating a hotel’s wedding experience. By seamlessly integrating the hotel’s natural surroundings and exceptional offerings, the project successfully positioned The Brehon as the epitome of elegance and romance in Killarney’s wedding scene.
