Overview

Your Life Audit is a dynamic business specializing in personal life coaching, corporate coaching and coaching for schools and groups. With a mission to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve personal and professional fulfilment, Your Life Audit offers a range of coaching services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

Challenges

Kerry Woollen Mills sought to rejuvenate their brand image and showcase their core collection of sweaters, cardigans, coats, and accessories to a modern audience. Additionally, they aimed to expand their market reach through e-commerce while maintaining the essence of their rich heritage.

Approach

I began by conducting a brand workshop with the client to define the essence of Your Life Audit and establish a clear brand narrative.

Using insights from the workshop, I created a Brand Booklet encompassing the brand narrative, including its Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values, as well as Brand Advertising Slogans and Promise. A Brand Moodboard was also developed to visually communicate the brand’s ethos and aesthetic direction.

With a clear understanding of the brand narrative, I collaborated on the development of a new Brand Identity, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and messaging. Brand Guidelines were established to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

In addition to brand identity development and social media management, I also conducted the copywriting and project management of Your Life Audit’s brand website. By crafting compelling copy and overseeing the website development process, I ensured that the online presence accurately reflected the brand’s values and offerings.

Results

The comprehensive branding and social media efforts, coupled with the development of a brand website, resulted in a significant increase in brand awareness and engagement for Your Life Audit. The cohesive brand narrative and visual identity effectively communicated the brand’s mission and values, resonating with its target audience.

The implementation of a strategic social media strategy resulted in heightened engagement and interaction with followers, further establishing Your Life Audit as a trusted resource for personal and professional development.

Challenges

Kerry Woollen Mills sought to rejuvenate their brand image and showcase their core collection of sweaters, cardigans, coats, and accessories to a modern audience. Additionally, they aimed to expand their market reach through e-commerce while maintaining the essence of their rich heritage.

Approach

As a creative partner, I collaborated closely with Kerry Woollen Mills to breathe new life into their product offerings while ensuring it stayed connected to its roots, emphasising its role as a guardian of tradition in a modern world.

For the core collection promotion, I developed a creative concept rooted in the picturesque landscapes of South-West Kerry, crafting compelling visuals and narratives that seamlessly integrated the colourful and sustainable fibres of Kerry Woollen Mills with the breathtaking scenery of Valentia Island, evoking a sense of discovery and authenticity.

In addition to the core collection, we extended our partnership to elevate Kerry Woollen Mills’ home and lifestyle products. Through a cosy country cottage homeware shoot, we highlighted the practical yet luxurious nature of their offerings, resonating with modern consumers seeking comfort and style.

Achievements

The collaborative efforts yielded remarkable results for Kerry Woollen Mills. By infusing their brand with a fresh perspective while staying true to their heritage, the brand was positioned to successfully attract new customers while retaining loyal patrons. The creative representation of their products was also successfully achieved across in-store point of sales and e-commerce platforms also.

Moreover, the brand’s identity as a natural and practical product with modern relevance was effectively communicated, positioning Kerry Woollen Mills as a timeless yet contemporary choice for discerning consumers.

Through innovative storytelling and strategic visual communication, Kerry Woollen Mills’ legacy was brought to life, ensuring its continued success in an ever-evolving market landscape.

Sean Taaffe Hair and Beauty is a well-established brand in Co. Kerry, renowned for its quality hair and beauty services across three salons. In 2023, brand founder Sean Taaffe approached me to assist with the launch of Sean Taaffe Professional, a new leave-in conditioner range destined for nationwide retail.

Challenges

The challenge was to develop a creative concept that reflected the natural ingredients and ethos of the new product, while aligning with the brand’s established reputation for excellence in hair and beauty services. The goal was to create a visual identity that conveyed the product’s organic nature and its roots in natural beauty.

Approach

Drawing inspiration from the brand’s ethos—”we believe in beautiful hair”—the creative direction focused on celebrating the freedom and simplicity that comes with beautiful hair. It emphasized a carefree vibe, inspired by the beauty of nature.

To showcase the product’s organic roots, we incorporated elements of light and shade throughout the creative journey, mirroring the flora and fauna of the natural world. The visual language played with natural textures and hues, creating a narrative that resonated with the product’s natural ingredients and ethos.

Results

The collaborative efforts resulted in a creative concept that successfully captured the essence of Sean Taaffe’s Professional Range. The organic and natural visual feel aligned perfectly with the product’s ingredients and ethos, resonating with consumers seeking natural beauty solutions.

The launch of the new product was met with enthusiasm from customers nationwide, with the creative concept helping to create coverage for a comprehensive PR programme whilst enhancing the brand’s reputation for quality and innovation in the hair and beauty industry.

Conclusion

By staying true to the brand’s ethos and leveraging nature-inspired creative elements, we were able to create a compelling visual identity that elevated the new product and reinforced Sean Taaffe Hair and Beauty’s position as a leader in the industry.

Overview

Kenmare House, built in 1969 by Beatrice Grosvenor, is a meticulously renovated luxury mansion nestled in the serene woodlands of the Killarney National Park. This historic property offers a unique blend of period romance and modern comforts, providing guests with an unforgettable stay.

Challenges

Kenmare House approached me to spearhead the marketing campaign for its inaugural launch into the market. The challenge was to create a brand identity that captured the property’s rich heritage and distinctive style, while also developing compelling imagery, styling and advertising and website copy to entice its target audience.

Approach

My approach centred on bringing the essence of the Kenmare House experience to life through vibrant imagery, creative styling and compelling copywriting. I aimed to portray the high-quality experience the property offers, tailored to its target market.

To reflect the property’s long legacy and family heritage, a brand identity inspired by a key piece of furniture from the original house was created — a crown emblem, symbolizing its link to royalty and illustrious lineage.

The culmination of these creative elements were showcased in the launch of the brand website, meticulously designed to sell the unique experience of staying at Kenmare House. The website captured the captivating essence of the property, inviting guests to immerse themselves in its luxurious surroundings and country pursuits of Killarney National Park.

Results

The launch of Kenmare House into the luxury accommodation market was a resounding success. The property’s brand identity, imagery, styling and website effectively convey its unique selling points, resonating with the target audience and driving bookings.

Conclusion

The creative direction and positioning of the brand ensured Kenmare House was launched as a premier destination for discerning travellers seeking an extraordinary experience. Through strategic PR efforts and cohesive branding, the property successfully made its mark in the market, establishing itself as a must-visit destination within Killarney National Park.

Celtic Steps The Show is an Irish music, song, and dance performance based in Kerry, Ireland. It serves as a vibrant showcase of Ireland’s rich cultural heritage, mirroring the spirited atmosphere of the traditional rambling house. Since 2017, I have been working closely with the brand to enhance its visibility, expand its reach beyond Ireland and cultivate its online presence.

Challenges

Upon my appointment in 2017, the primary challenge was to position Celtic Steps for future growth, both domestically and internationally. This involved developing strategies to elevate the brand’s profile on the international stage and increase digital revenue streams.

Approach

To address these challenges, I focused on several key areas of brand management, including creative direction, production, and digital marketing. By curating engaging content and leveraging social media platforms, we successfully grew the online community to over 50,000 followers, establishing a strong digital presence.

Achievements

Through strategic planning and execution, Celtic Steps The Show has achieved significant milestones. It has completed two successful European tours, expanded its show to Tralee, and continued to grow its online revenue streams. The brand’s evolution has been characterized by innovation, with a renewed focus on audience engagement and digital marketing initiatives.

Future Outlook

Looking ahead, our focus remains on further enhancing the brand’s visibility and ensuring its long-term viability with a new ecommerce website, featuring updated imagery and film content to resonate with audiences and maintain a strong e-commerce presence. The goal is to position Celtic Steps for continued growth and potential acquisition in the future.
